HappyRipe-Kiwi is a ripening-process control specifically developed for kiwis, turning hard, sour fruits into soft, sweet “ready-to-eat” kiwis with a high Brix level, low acidity, and at the same time a very long shelf life.
The HappyRipe-Kiwi process consciously takes into account the biological characteristics of kiwis during the ripening process. This method is unique worldwide and sets new standards in quality and shelf life. The fruits impress with more intense aroma, a balanced acid-sugar ratio, and higher Brix values (sweetness). Their shelf life is two to three times longer than before.
